Birthday Bash(s)!

Lily celebrated her 7th birthday with her cousins in Warburton, then again with Grandad & Jean in Adelaide...then finally back in Vancouver having a movie & sleepover with two good friends!

Adelaide Antics

A short, but enjoyable visit to Adelaide. Dad (Grandad) is recovering well from his hip replacement, and he & Jean made sure we had a wonderful time...including taking us to Monarto Zoo (1,000 hectare open range sanctuary). Also had a fabulous visit with Michelle and her 3 gorgeous children.

Cousin Chaos

A week in beautiful Warburton staying in a fabulous cabin, surrounded by dozens of gorgeous king parrots....and best of all, a chance to see David, Angela, mum.....and all of the kids 'Aussie' cousins....

Whistler Weekend

Two Days after the Closing Ceremonies, we took Nana up to Whistler for the day.

Olympic Odyssey

My January and February were spend working on the broadcast of yet another Olympics....but this time sleeping in the comfort of my own bed! It was crazy....but fun....and a change working on the domestic broadcast at the International Broadcast Centre, rather than for the host broadcaster. Unfortunately my work hours didn't really allow me to take in much if the atmosphere on the street, or see any events.....my here are a few pics of what I did see!

Birthday Bash

Yep....he's two! Hard to believe. New Years Eve will never be the same again! We celebrated in the Cabana behind our place, with Rhys' friends and family. Lots of food, lots of fun....and of course, lots of cleanup!
